58100-908APO - Apollo Discovery Surface Mounting Manual Call Point with Isolator (Red) c/w Back Box - KAC
A seven-segment DIL switch enables addressing of each call point at commissioning stage. The address switch is accessible without removing the call point from the mounting surface.
Communication: Discovery (XP95 & CoreProtocol compatible). The unit is intended for indoor applications.
When operated, the manual call point interrupts the polling cycle for a fast response. Bi-coloured LED’s indicate isolate and normal conditions. An alarm status is indicated by a yellow and black bar in the lower section of the resettable element and a red LED. The red alarm LED is controlled independently of the manual call point, by the fire control panel. Once activated, the manual call point can be easily reset from the front using the supplied reset key. A pack of 10 additional reset keys can be purchased (Part No. 44251-176).
The unit is available in two versions: with and without isolator (Part Nos. 58100-908 and 58100-910, respectively). The isolated version of the manual call point incorporates a short circuit isolator which will ensure its operation in the event of a short circuit fault on the loop. Isolator operation is indicated by a yellow LED.
This manual call point helps reduce installation time as all the initial installation cabling is wired to a terminal block which fits neatly in the back of the call point.
A transparent cover can be fitted to provide additional protection against accidental operation – these are available singly (Part No. 44251-189) or in a pack of 10 (Part No. 44251-175).
